Lorant & Elliott recently turned over the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) to the Association. The new process will consist of Flynn + Watson Architects and another member reviewing and approving the plans, and Essex will perform / sign off on inspections for on-site construction activities. Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. The Board of Directors reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2023 and determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget. Beginning March 1st, 2023, Allied Universal will no longer provide security services to Quail Hollow. Over the next few weeks, Securitas will begin transition to acquire all necessary information to deliver the highest level of service possible. We ask for your patience during the transition process to allow Securitas to become acclimated to the community. Please get to know your guards and recognize there may be a few misunderstandings during the process. This is a friendly reminder that the demolition of the main gate driveway will begin next Wednesday, February 8th, 2023. While the entry side of the gate is being demoed and replaced, ingress and egress traffic will flow through the exit side. The guard will be required to check all residents and visitors, because there is no RFID tag reader. Once the entry way is replaced and completed, the exit side will begin construction.
