Main Entrance Tree Removal

Following assessments from two certified arborists, it has been determined that the large oak tree at the main entrance is dead due to past construction and freeze damage. As it poses a safety hazard, removal is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, October 2nd, from approximately 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The main entrance / exit will remain open; however, please use caution and anticipate possible delays. Residents and guests who prefer to avoid the area may use the construction gate as an alternative.The Board is actively reviewing replacement options for this centerpiece tree.
